9 tips to manage your Own Bussines

Hi There,

I' am going to show nine tips to manage your bussines, it's very usefull even if you don't have a bussines yet.

1) Work With passion: Go to the office with grattitude and with the objetive of doing the things in the best way, because today is a day with a lot of oportunities.-

2) Make once a week incentive meetings: You must lead more than administrate. The employers are the most asset of the company, so give transmit them vision, motivation and recognise the effor that they do.

3) Implemet sells culture: Be sure that all the employers can offer goods and services, giving them basic information. Spend double time to the Sellers.

4) Evaluate finances and eliminate unnecessary outgoings: Remove every outgo that don't represent and investment.

5) Look for big bussines: schedule important meeting, and close at least one important deal a week.

6) Get contacts: find people that can help you to achieve your objetive.

7) Administrate your finances with responsability: NEVER spend more that you have earn. reinvest all the incomes so later you could enjoy the fullnes of your earnings.

8) have attitude of gratitude to the life: Give the thanks for the life and the freedom that represent manage your own bussines

9) Study and learn more things: As an entrepreneur you must learn subjets such as:

How to sell
accounting and taxes
learn how to use internet to improve your bussines
Learn another language.
Human Resources
Comunicating abilities.

I like your first tip the best. Work with passion. I believe that in order to be successful in anything you do, you should have passion. When you are passionate with what you are doing, you don't easily give up. You yearn for a positive result. You will think of ways to make it happen.

Advertise as much as possible, and make your advertising stand out from all the rest. Use gimmicks, coupons, pictures…whatever it takes to get people to notice your ad and want to either use your services or purchase your products.

Keep in mind that business needs work. you will not make money unless you do something about it, it takes time, determination and guts to start a business.But in the long run, it could be profitable. Make sure you have a game plan and and of course enough supplier to supply your products.

Because I'm not in sales in the same way so many other entrepreneurs are, I admit that I don't relate to much of this post. But what I will say is that being grateful for what you do have in your business makes those bad days all the more productive. Not every day is going to be amazing, but being grateful allows you to focus your efforts in that direction.

You know what is often over looked is learning another language. I see so often how many Spanish speakers around me know these days. and before that there were only a couple. Now it seems there is a Spanish speaker often around.
