5 secrets to overcoming difficult challenges.

When we are running a business on a day to day basis
we know that it can be very challenging and very stressful.

You need to meet client demands, you need to handle
employees, you need to make sure logistic needs are met,
your achieving your set targets, and that your financial
    needs are being met.

this can all be very challenging and very overwhelming
to one who does not know how to deal with a fast paced
    situation.

The reason why some challenges are more difficult compared
to other challenges is because we perceive them in our own
minds they are difficult, then our inner thoughts say to us
"This is difficult because I don't know how to do this" or
"That is difficult because its going to take a long time to do
    and alot of energy"

Eventually we will begin to feel overwhelmed, because
we are trying to do so many things at once. You need to
keep things structured and you need to have managers
to help you take the stress off your plate.

Trying to multi-task and do everything is not very productive
and that may be shocking but according to a study done in London, Multi-tasking actually lowers your IQ below those
    who smoke pot.

So I will give you some solutions to help you face your challenges that will make you feel more energized and ready,
that will put you in a state of mind that will keep you productive.

    1. Eat the right type of food

I say this because eating the right type of food
fuels your body with the right medicine and the right
vitamins, these are beneficial to help stimulate your brain
flush out unwanted toxins from your body from junk food.
It also puts you in a good mood which gives you more productive thoughts.

    2. Have a positive self-image

What do I mean by this? it means to have a healthy respect for yourself, love yourself because you are the biggest asset that you have.

Without you there are no other assets, by doing this you will be building to your self worth, you can start by waking up and looking at yourself in the mirror and saying "I love you" to yourself with conviction it may feel weird at first, but the effect it has in the long run, you will be totally blown away.

you will feel happier and your stress levels will go down.

    3. Go for a 10 - 20 minute jog

all experts and scientists say that jogging is a great way
to reduce stress levels and stimulate brain cells, developing
your brain and helping it grow.

according to studies and research, it improves functions of memory, enhances your ability to solve problems and increases your resistance to stress making you feel empowered and ready
    to take on challenges

    4. Manufacture a positive attitude

We are experts at being negative I would say a main
reason why we are stressed is because we have a negative
approach to our challenges instead here are a few questions to ask yourself

    - What thoughts am I having that make this seem so stressful?

    - What do I fear?

    - What thoughts challenge these current thoughts?

    - What proof or evidence do I have for this fear?

    - What proof or evidence do I have for this positive thought?

    5. Make optimism a habit

I gotta say this will be one of the best things you could do
for yourself, but having said that be as realistic as you can be also.

Once you start practicing these 5 methods I'm pretty sure you will feel alot more alive, your ability to solve problems will increase and your habits will change. You will see different results.

Re eat the right type of food, oily fish is the food to boost your brain!

''The essential omega-3 fatty acids - found in oily fish, as well as fish oil, walnut oil and flaxseeds (linseeds) - are high in DHA, fatty acid crucial to the health of our nervous system. Low DHA levels have been linked to a higher risk of developing Alzheimer's disease and memory loss. Fish also contains iodine, which is known to improve mental clarity.''

That is correct, Experts have confirmed what you have just said, Omega-3 fatty acids aka fish oil also help with anxiety or depression disorders, they allow you to feel more positive and take a more positive outlook to conquering your challenges.

Being open to seeing things in a different way is so powerful. It's so true that most people are programmed to think negatively, so becoming aware of our thoughts and choosing positive empowering thoughts can literally change our entire outlook on life.
