    Excellent post! Way too often I will be so busy with work that instead of taking the time to eat something that is actually good for me, I find myself reaching for something quick and easy like chips or cupcakes.
    I have heard there is a google widget that will actually remind you to get up and exercise, maybe I need to look into that!

    Everything is well said and could be summed up as to just start everything in the right way and everything will follow. When you see that everything is possible, all difficult challenges could be just a tiny piece of pea for you. Do not let judgements bring you down neither feel jealousy in relationships between your business partners or even employees. Always be open-minded and understanding since every person has different attitudes and point of view. When you learn to handle that, even in your personal life, relationship problems are very easy to handle.

    am kind of in the thick of it at the moment, and it is most certainly a mental challenge, I have only just started seeking help for some of the issue. As for what it is, I don't know it is a really long story and there are a lot of intertwining factors, it wouldn't make sense unless I explained everything, and I have no intention of putting anybody to sleep lol. I have certainly had to deal with a lot of lost hope in myself and the world at times but usually I bounce back. When I do overcome this challenge I will certainly be stronger, I have grown a lot all these experiences, learned a lot about myself and other necessary lessons.

    I say this because eating the right type of food
    fuels your body with the right medicine and the right
    vitamins, these are beneficial to help stimulate your brain
    flush out unwanted toxins from your body from junk food.
    It also puts you in a good mood which gives you more productive thoughts.
    This is the most easiest way but also the most difficult. why? because eating the right food but without moderation may lead to obesity... I guess it should be; Eating the right type of food moderately.

    I had no idea i that nicotine works well for relieving stress and moodiness. Self motivation and positive thinking has always been the way for me to go...
