Paydotcom

Hey there,
does anyone use paydotcom? I recently signed up to it but I'm finding it hard enough to get up and running on my site. I want to promote something to do with gaming or the internet on my site - which is my first site and therefore I am completely inexperienced.

As I have said I want to promote some products on my site. However, when I clicked on promote on the paydotcom marketplace I was deducted money and given no code to promote.. I could have made a rookie mistake but could someone please help!
