When I was searching, I couldn't find any necessarily stating that people over 13 could with parents permission or anything like that. Almost all of them specify you must be 18, others don't flat out say it.

Honestly, you're going to be at risk with most networks. Your best bet would be to find products that the individual site has an affiliate site. You may be better off looking into "referring" as opposed to "affiliate".

Try apply at Neverblue CPA Affiliate Network and Global Online Lead Generation Experts - most networks don't care to be honest. Check out my FREE report on how to get accepted to any affiliate networks over at Genxor.com - Also you don't always have to say your 13. I applied to my first network at 16 and lied, now the network know my real age their not fussed because I do decent leads.

It's not about your age, the thing is if you can handle this kind of industry.. If so, then join and put that you are above 18.. They don't required to submit the scanned copy of your birth certificate..LOL

I guess enough people said "just say you're over 18". The only problem you might get, is that if they find out you're not who you are, you most likely wont get paid

You have to be 18 to do it legally. They need your Tax id, or SSN for taxing purposes. I'm under 18 but can get around it. Find the right owner, create the friendship and you will be good. Don't expect to be accepted without knowing them. If a lawyer were watching them the network could be destroyed.
