    The Benefits of Cloud Computing

When explaining a new IT technology, many companies are often confused on the pros and how they may outweigh the cons. Below is a list of the benefits of cloud computing to help companies navigate the benefits of cloud computing.

Flexibility: Your company’s IT needs can be scaled up or down with ease. By using cloud computing, you can add new software resources or delete software resources with your company’s needs.

Device Independent: Your a Mac user, your company is a PC user, and your client is a Linux user. With cloud computing it won’t make a difference what browser your using as long as you have an Internet connection and a web browser.

Increased Data Reliability: Your data is safe. Most applications store data “in the cloud” so you do not have to worry if your personal computer crashes, or if your hard disk crashes. Of course this also means no more waiting for your computer to get fixed to finish that project due in 2 hours-you can do it from any computer with a web browser.

Less Expensive: A browser is all you need. Generally with cloud computing all you need to run an application is a browser. Most companies will not need to set up new IT infrastructure to run cloud based applications, since data is stored “in the cloud”.

An example of a less expensive cloud computing solution if someone needed a word processor would be the Google Docs application, which is free, comparing to the high-price of Microsoft Word-this can save companies thousands of dollars.

Unlimited Storage Capacity: Cloud computing offers virtually limitless storage. Your computer’s current 250 gigabyte hard drive is peanuts compared to the hundreds of petabytes (a million gigabytes) available “in the cloud”. You can also store any file type to your cloud-based hard drive.

Mobility: Your work travels with you. Ever get home from work and realize that you left an important document at the office? Or forget to take a file with you on the road? That’s not a problem with cloud computing, because you don’t take your documents with you.

Collaborate: Collaborate without having a meeting. Most cloud computing applications allow your employees to collaborate on documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and much more-to achieve greater productivity and faster results.

All of these are substantial benefits to using cloud computing. However, most companies should weigh the pros and cons themselves to understand how cloud computing can make their workforce more efficient and productive, while saving money. If you have any questions regarding cloud computing, feel free to contact our team or private message me and I would be happy to assist you. I hope you found this information useful in making informed decisions for the future of your organization's infrastructure.

Cloud computing is basically comes into play at what time you believe about what IT always needs used for using somebody as well supply through internet. So, the major advantage of cloud computing is cut in cost through low maintenance of hardware & software.

Although there is a level of confusion and hype over cloud computing, the strengths behind the service are the scalability, automation and agility to healthcare that it can bring.

Cloud computing—not to be confused with grid computing, utility computing, or autonomic computing—involves the interaction of several virtualized resources. Cloud Servers™ connect and share information based on the level of website traffic across the entire network. Cloud computing is often provided "as a service" over the Internet, typically in the form of infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), or software as a service (SaaS).
