Seeking a PHP Developer for Hire - Generous Compensation

Here is a re-post of what I've put up on Elance (and gotten no real bids for, where I was offering $xxx for development):

What I need or require: I need a full Website and PHP-based architecture for an audio advertising network to accept advertisers, publishers, and affiliates. I need to work with you over the course of development on design and revisions to functionality.

Advertisers must be able to signup, upload audio ads, select a budget, etc - just like with any other ad network.

Publishers must be able to signup, download a code snippet, and paste it into their Websites so that relevant audio ads play each time a page is loaded. I would like to have some sort of contextual aspect built into the system, such that when an advertiser uploads ads, he can include keywords. Then, an audio ad is selected for play based on the contextual match of the advertiser's selected keywords and keywords found on the publisher's page.

I need a way to keep track of all payments in the back office. PayPal must be integrated for accepting advertiser payments. There should also be a way to manually enter payments that an advertiser may mail in via check. In addition, the system must accurately keep track of the earnings of publishers and affiliates.

The affiliate system needs to allow affiliates to signup, grab banners and links, and refer advertisers and publishers to the company.

Among many other things in the admin panel, there must be any easy way to modify the percentage of gross advertising revenue that publishers earn, and the percentage of gross advertising revenue that affiliates earn off of publishers or advertisers who signup under them.

What I already have versus what the provider will deliver: I have nothing.

Other context/requirements that providers will need to know: The project must not infringe on any existing patents, and I will retain full rights to the software after development.

Specific expertise/background that I am seeking: PHP programming experience

Timeframe for delivery: 1-3 months

Note that this project is for both the underlying programming and the Website's design itself. I will share the site name with the winning bidder.

Payment will be in a non-conventional, but very lucrative method. The designer will have the opportunity to include his or her own Website advertisement or "landing widget," if you will, on the right half of the homepage. Over the course of time, this will bring a lot of traffic to the developer.

I have a quite large base of publishers geared up for this system, but I do not have the skill to code it myself. I'm interested in seeing what PHP developers out there might be interested in tackling this project.

I'm confused.. you said "where I was offering $xxx for development" and at the bottom you say you're paying via ad space. Which one is it? Or is it both?

Either way, I think something like this is going to run upwards of $3,000.

I can tackle this with my team but I agree with the above...payment method is a bit confusing. Are you saying that you're payment is in the form of free ad space?

We have a small budget for the project because it's on a shoe-string. This is a replacement of sorts for "NetAudioAds" - many of their publishers are following this project as my team gets it off the ground and will participate as publishers once it's launched.

On another note, I've noticed you've been in a cranky mood lately, Encrypted. Several posts I've seen made by other members have some pretty nasty replies from you. Is everything Ok, man? I remembered you as being much kinder in the past. If there's anything I can help out with, please let me know.

I agree with Encrypted on this one. I wouldn't trust anyone willing to do this for $xxx. Remember, you get what you pay for. I must admit, having "generous compensation" on your title is quite misleading.
