I've got a solid idea for an app that I think fills a great niche, and would be very profitable, but I know nothing about app building. Are there programmers that will work for a share of profits down the road instead of money up front? The app I'm planning would be fairly large, so I'm sure it's going to take a while. I have it broken down into different segments, so I can implement one aspect at a time rather than try to build the whole thing up front.

Any thoughts?
