I am developing some sites to flip. I am looking to hire someone to design some SIMPLE templates for approx. 8-10 sites every 2 weeks. The sites should look something like : University of Kentucky Big Blue Fans

If you are good, each one should only take an hour or less. Just looking for a good banner, and a simple boarder/background combo.
