Do you design awesome websites?

My name is Tom, i am a web developer. I tried doing the 'whole package' thing but truth is i'm a design challenged individual, and i'd rather keep my head stuck in code than on photoshop.

That being the case, i'm looking for someone to be my in-house design guy/gal. Every job i get that needs design i'll ask you to work to a spec and/or design brief to come up with the right look for the site or application, and then i'll go on to code, develop and optimise the site.

I'm looking at a 65/35 split on the profits of each project, and anyone that's regularly doing good quality design can pick up a few hundred pound a month on top of whatever else you're doing for only a few extra hours.

I regularly come into a good many high quality jobs, because of my customer care levels and my experience with prestigious web sites, so i need some one who's dependable and has good attention to detail.

I've got the ability to add perks in like a company phone and so on and where a designer can show me good quality examples in their portfolio i may be open to negotiate on fees.
