    Developer(s) Needed

    We currently work with a number of developers for our own and third parties projects. We are currenly looking for additional developers with 2-4 years experience in Joomla, who are hard working, capable, deliver and are willing to learn should they come across something they don't know.

    All our existing developers have grown with us to include additional staff and work on projects from simple joomla sites, to major Saas projects of 2,000 hours plus.

    The current "role" we are trying to fill is for a developer with a good understanding of mini sites specifically for lead generation purposes and the ability to work essentially unassisted using the clients/our main website in order to get the feel for the mini site. Your activites will involve:

    * Key word research/competition research
    * Site development
    * On page/offpage optimisation
    * Form/questionairre construction
    * Text guidance in relation to density, topic, quantity required

    The successful developer once tested on a single project, will be added to our preferred panel of providers and recieve all work relating to their area of expertise. Most of our developers now work full time for us, with many also having hired additional staff to meet demand. (We only engage 1 person per area of expertise, and let you source/profit from staff).

    This role would suit a developer from Asia with a large number of existing developers being Indian based.

    Those interested can email me at gcbloke81 @ yahoo.com.au (temp account) we will provide our formal details from there to continue discussions.

    But the profile you are seeking is more oriented towards SEO, development seems to be a small part isn't it?

    Will you be hiring a developer for fixed monthly cost or just on project basis? what are the salaries you are going to offer?

    I have a few ecommerce web designers that build using Joomla. I'm in South Florida though.
