Hello, i am a recently University of Akron graduate with a bachelors degree in finance! I have attended the University of akron for 4 years and know the real estate market here better then anyone. As a sophomore in college i founded my first company called UA Rentals LLC. I own/operate/maintain a triplex rental property on Akron's campus.

Since taking ownership 3 years ago i have maintained 100% occupancy. With this one property i bring in roughly $33,000 in rent. It is 8 bedrooms and on campus it is common to charge per room. After all bills are paid i net about 19,000 dollars a year off this one property.

I am seeking investors to help me purchase more properties. I can guarantee 100% occupancy. I know how to market these properties to students/parents. The university of akron has approximately 28,000 students and on campus they only offer housing for about 4,000. The campus continues to expand and the need for student housing keep getting worse and worse.

Most investments properties near campus range from $40,000-200,000. I am looking for an investor to help me pick up some more homes. I can maintain/market/manage the properties and guarantee atleast a 10% return on investment a year. As well as pay them back over the next 15 years.
