Trademark Issue

Hi People !

I would like to open a food stall called "Moon Wok", but after checking the trademark site (http://tess2.uspto.gov/), it looks like it has been registered.

Word Mark: MOON WOK GOURMET CHINESE CUISINE DINE IN · TAKE OUT · DELIVERY · CATERING

Type of Mark: SERVICE MARK

Here is my question:
Is the word "moon wok" trademarked and can't be used ?
Is it trademarked internationally / worldwide, can I still use the name in Singapore?

Trademarks are issued by governments. Trademarks registered in the US would not be applicable in Singapore unless you were trying to export products to the US. You should also check to see if the US has any reciprocal agreements which would affect an international trademark.
