Hello everyone,
I have a product idea and am unsure how to go about it, i know how to register a limited
liability company etc on the business side.... but i don't know how to legally establish a brand is that a patent that's needed or a trademark.
any and all responses will be appreciated.

Keep in mind, obtaining a patent can be expensive. You may save a lot of time and money up front if you do some Google searching to see if the product has been created already. Google also has a patent search feature. After that you may want to build the product if you haven’t already to make sure it works. If it works and you want to pursue the product, there are a few options you have from that point.
