Ok so when it comes to building sites and growing them I have the experience and a good history that shows some of the successful sites i've made but when it comes to the business aspect of things I am almost clueless.

So my new project I am thinking about maybe getting some investors as I would need $50-$75k to get started. My credit is decent and I can probably get a loan for some of it but I dont think I would get a $75k loan.

So my question is how does this investor thing works. I know I need a business plan to present to the investors right? What I don't understand is how much to give investors for the return and the time line. Can anyone explain or point me in the right direction?
