Patent for wood plastic composite

This patent is from China for WPC, made from waste plasic, waste wod powder, and waste crops. The process to make this WPC is not extrusion. It uses pressing technogy. Because of that, you can add other materials (i.e. a fiber sheet) in the middle of the WPC for more strengths. The inventor currently has a small lab where he makes prototypes and small run of production. He already have orders for pallets, floorings. But he is in his 60's and having health issue. He doesn't want to expand his current lab operation into mass production. He is open to ideas how to work with the investors/partners to commercialize his technology.
