New business idea - Need feedback , partner , investment etc.

I am currently an Business Administrator apprentice for my local council, i have high ambitions of one day owning an international advertising company my motto in life is believe to achieve so i am always optimistic about my future.My idea as it stands is to create a website that can be used by Entrepreneurs,Small time business owners,Investors and anyone with a key intrest in business around the world.The site would allow users to advertise their business, sell shares , business plans , investment oppurtunties and create partnerships for a small fee while also gaining guidance and advice.The website would also have articles on daily lifestyle things such as how to save money, what makes a good business and rich lists etc.Obviously this is only an idea at the moment but i think it has potential please let me know what you think

Hello Andrew.Welcome to the Forum.Good to read about some one who knows what he wants.And goes about it.I see a lot of potential in what you are planning especially with growing number of small businesses and freelancers.If you can market your idea well initially it picks up you are through for a big deal.Let me know what sought of help you are looking for.
