I'm looking for real-estate investors who quite possibly could increase their wealth by 50% in 1 year.
You see, our country suffered pretty badly from economic crisis. My country is assumed to be one of the last ones to recover. At the moment we have our own money but next year, we will change it to Euros. Scientists say that the value of real-estate will increase by 10-15% without doubts when Euro comes. In addition, when economic crisis hit us, the prices decreased by 60%. You could buy a 2-room-apartment in our capital for 32000$. At the moment the real estate prices are growing quite fast. An apartment that cost 32000$ 3 months ago, is now worth 40000$. I work for a real estate portal, so I'm quite aware of the changes in real estate market. So it has been like 700$ increase every week. I know where to buy real-estate so you could sell it later pretty fast and where you shouldn't buy it.
Actually, this is more like an opportunity for investors. I am just letting you know that you could make a huge lot of money. I would invest myself, but I didn't save enough money and the banks are not giving loans. So this opportunity is for wealthy people to make them even wealthier. Althought since I live here, I could be useful, since I know the market in and out. Also, since I have a company with my dad that renovate apartments and instal heating systems you could buy an apartment with bad conditions and turn it into a luxury apartment and sell in higher value.
