Looking for an investor for a feature film.

I am a film producer a few months out of school and I am working on a great project. I was able to get an amazing script that I am sure would be a hit movie. This film would be shot low budget and independent. Budget, location scouting, scheduling and business plan have been done.

We have sent Casting Calls and currently working on a distribution deal.

Once the movie is made, selling and distributing will not be hard.

Most films in this genre make millions of dollars in return. It is a very profitable film.

$1M is a very ambitions budget for first time filmmaker. Usually they are doing their first ones with $100K-$150K.
If you shoot it in tax credits state, like Michigan you will get up to 40% of your budget as tax credit.
You should know, that distribution commisions are something 85% so if your film is making millions, you are getting only hundreds of thousands.
If your script is so good that you could get a-list talent interested, I have contacts to get you 80% of financing for $5-$10M budget assuming that you will get your investors.
I'm still seeking $150K-$250K for my film projects where I have over 50% financing in place offering a good ROI from digital distribution.
