I need a quote to manufacture new invention

If I cant get any help here, then this website has failed so I hope to god that someone can help me.

I need to get in touch with a company (preferably english run) in china or other country that could quote me on the manufacture of a new Patent Pending Invention of mine.

I would need to manufacture 5,000 units initially so only companies that can produce units from 5,000 to 50,000.
