Armed force weapons are very intensive and high on technology.
I bet that investment would cost a million bucks!

Hope it pays off for you! If its cost is low to maintain and can save lifes ..etc. you may have something.
I'm sure it would be hard to pitch, but if your dedicated thats all it takes.
