Need Business idea for 6,000sqft warehouse.

Alright so I just found this website today so I came here looking for help. We have two warehouses here (Fort Walton Beach, FL) we use both for our current business but can get away with using one. We have been looking to diversify for awhile now and just have not come up with any ideas yet. I have thought about maybe looking into a distribution business but wouldn't even know where to start. self storage ? hotdesk office space ?

There are self storage places all over here. I don't think this area would be a good place for hot desking. I guess I should add that there is no power even run to this warehouse but that can be changed as well as no water.

The fact that it does not have utilities limits your ability to lease the space. I am very familiar with the Florida Real Estate market and some of the worst affected is the industrial / warehouse / flex space. Depending on the area, rents are down 20% to 40% from even three years ago.

I am coming blank about any ideas..... It might help to know what your current business is because you might be able to provide complimentary goods or services using the extra space.

Is it an open warehouse with large doors? Could it be possible to offer indoor secured parking/storage of RVs and boats?

What about a cross dock service? Does the warehouse have dock doors that could accommodate semi trucks?

Just throwing ideas out there....let me know if anything sticks...lol
