Finding good solution for storing business cards

Hi every one!
I'm trying to find a suitable place to put the questions and look forward to receiving the solution of all
My boss has more than 1,000 business cards and want to find the best method to store them
Simple way search on google, there are some methods. However they seem complicated
I would be very happy if someone share the experience to keep business contacts. Welcome the simple and convenient method!

* You can buy the plastic insert three-hole sheets. They are just like a sheet of paper, made of plastic. Each sheet has business card cutouts so each sheet holds 18 business cards. You can separate them by type of business, then business name or last name.

* Buy transparent business card holder vinyl or plastic sleeves from your local supply store. Make sure they have holes for placement in a three-ring binder. You can also purchase these pages online at supply stores.
