Business Idea for a Start-up...May need a potential partner

So I've been brainstorming different ways to go about a potential web and mobile start up thats been cooking through my head for a long time now, I just feel like I need someone else to help with the collaboration. I have a good friend who is a Founder and CEO of a company who is willing to guide us and invest in us he feels like the idea could go a long way.

A graphic artist might need specialized prineters and a drafting board,For exmaple,it costs money to set up a legal corportaion, an LLC or a Partnership.

In terms of your business that you wanted it should be agreed also by you business partner so that you will never have a problem. Business partner should have knowledge in running a business too and can negotiate to other company.
