A business idea based in my needs

Hi all,

I'm from Brazil and I would like so much to improve my english skills. I visit a lot of english websites, listen podcasts, read books etc but I still have difficulty to speak and understand other people speaking in english. Englishs courses are expensive, boring and the most of them don't face the real world.
I think the best way to really improve my english skills is living in english, I mean, interacting with other people in english. Its very hard to find someone here to speak in english, because we all speak portuguese here I can buy to talk with a teacher in english by skype, but it is not cheap. So my idea is exchange knowledge! How? I have specifics subjects that I can teach who want to learn.
Currently, I have a web startup called "Bolsa Financeira" (I can't post the link, so try to search on google if you want to see the website) that provides stock market tools for Brazilian investors. I'm an entrepreneur since 2008 and got some interesting experiences. So if someone want to learn one of these subjects below, I can try to teach you in english by skype (voice) and you help me to improve my english.
- share my little entrepreneur experience (hits and mistakes)
- web programming (ruby on rails / php)
- stock market trading based in technical analysis
- brazilian portuguese language
- others (Ansi C language, database, css/html...)


I think this need can be a business, maybe a website where we can join who want to learn english sharing knowledge and who want to learn the specific subject.
