    Vendor Finance

    Hi guys,

Was just wondering if any of you has purchased a small business using vendor finance or sold a business with vendor finance? and how did it go for you?

I am currently looking to buying a business with vendor finance and was just wondering if this was the right way to go.

    Thanks.

    DRD.

I'm not sure I'd go that route. Buying a business with cash in hand is usually the best way to go. You open up a whole other can of worms when you start to get into these funky finance terms.

    haha thanks, I try

But seriously though.. If you don't have the cash up front, you shouldn't be buying a business.
