Hello, Thanks for all who replied me via forum and those who ping me in my private inbox.

Guys the reason to ask for the SEO company is that we are having a large number of designer brands along with Christian Audigiar, Crystal Rock, Paco Chicano and some other superior wearing brands and it is not easy for you people to handle all of them in the same time, therefore we are thinking to launch our own SEO company that can fulfill all the requirements that we need.

I ran the comp levels on your keywords

Christian Audigiar - Comp Score 1.5
Crystal Rock - Comp Score 3.5
Paco Chicano - Comp Score 3.0

None of these are all that hard to get to rank.

Do you know what it takes to start a SEO Firm? A rough estimate for you is about $10,000 a month in services and labor just to get the basics done. This is why most people never succeed at SEO. They don't have the budget to gain access to the top of the line tools and staff.

The idea of starting your SEO Firm is not the best. It will take you 6-12 months and a ton of money to learn the trade. If you are not planning on running an SEO Firm as a company you are better off hiring someone else to do it.

I could get these keywords to rank as well as a 7 others (total of 10) for about $1500 to $2000 a month.

Unless you are starting the firm to be a stand alone company there is no reason to start the firm. It sounds like you want to start a firm solely to serve the needs of your current business. If that is the case concentrate on your business and let the professionals handle the SEO work.

So you need only not a SEO but webmasters as well to manage the site? With SEO there is nothing to do 24/7 as any change you make could take up to three months for Google to index.

Like veikoh said above.. you need to separate out the two different (or even three different) needs.
1- Marketing (SEO / PPC)
2- Management (Server and Site Management & Design)
3- Customer Service (Data Center that communicates with customers)

I'm getting a little nervous that you really don't have a plan in place for all this. Saying you want to buy and SEO Firm so you can manage your site really makes no sense. They are totally separate things.
