I am ready to sell my site that I have worked on for 6 months to get ranked on the first page of Google, Yahoo, and Bing for several keywords.

One of the keywords is ranking at spot #2 for on the FIRST PAGE of Google with a local search of 246,000 (Broad) and 60,500 (Exact).

I have also created some Youtube videos which are ranking well on Youtube too.
