I have an idea for a niche picture frames similiar to the following:

Live Laugh Love 3-Opening Photo Frame - Black (3x3") : Target

I believe the idea would be great for a Hot Topic / Target type shop to pick up. How can I go about doing this? I am wondering if any of you know where i can get custom picture frames made for me when customers order them and how I could get in touch with a buyer?

I know the idea for the frames would sell, I just need to get a sample made and a company ready to make when I need them.
