I have an internet marketing business for sale. In this documentation, I will give you all the information I can without giving everything away. First off, let me tell you WHY I am selling this business. I am 62 years of age and I am looking to retire and spend my time with my wife, children and grandchildren.

Between research, materials, marketing as well as others, I have literally invested well over 30K in this business. Since my children have no interest in this business, I have decided to market it for sale to anyone that is or has ever thought of owning their own internet marketing company.

You see, this is a "Turn-Key" opportunity for anyone. The website has been created, software is in place, marketing material is already in circulation and the payment providers have all been contracted out. The only thing that needs to happen now is that YOU need to change where the deposits go (for your sales / memberships) and you are literally ready to go.

Today, I have decided to sell my business along with every piece of marketing material that has been purchased as well as all rights to Copyrights, images, logo's etc.

As the purchaser of this business, I will personally work with you on the overall setup, configuration and control of this business. I will not ask for a monthly residual or % of sales. If you have invested $30k into the business and you value it at only $6k then it mustn't be doing very well.

you have a well-written introduction but marktc has a point.

it would help if you could justify your low asking price. doesn't make sense unless you're selling same product to everyone as in an MRR thing..

From what I read, you are actually making a loss of USD 24,000 ??

Another thing to point out would be, if the business is going to earn $6k back in 3 months, thats $2k p/m, why sell. It would be easy enough to wait for 3 months and have the 6k it could have sold for and yet keep it.
