I could possibly start the bid at or close to $800 if I had more information about the site.

Some questions that I, and any other interested party, should know the answers to before buying it would include:

I need to see earnings from several months. You may have shown this in the picture but the picture link doesn't work.

I would like to see traffic source. If you traffic is coming purely from purchased advertising, youtube video traffic, and social bookmarking then it's not going to be consistent enough for me or any other user.

I would like to know what the content is. Is it content you have the copyrights to display. I'd assume not, therefore it would have illegal content on it and your sites value is well under your $1,200 buy it now, possibly even less than $800.

I guess these are the questions I have up front. I am in no way guaranteeing my bid until I have all questions answered. Needless to say, I am interested if it's legal content, generating natural search engine traffic, and is earning consistent money for a few months.

The traffic link has been updated above. It consists of natural traffic. No paid advertising was ever done, nor constant updates on YouTube or other networking sites. As I mentioned above, this traffic has been untouched and 0 advertising is needed to maintain this level of visitors. If you would like to increase the amount of traffic, I will tell, only the buyer, where to advertise, and how to add quality content.

As for the content, it is not hosted on the site, but rather linked. You will not have any legal issues. If anything, they will be taken down from its original source.

Surely this doesnt make sense, you are recieving $3600 for doing nothing, as its autopilot'ed.

I'm trying out the "flipping" market, and this one allowed me to do research while building the site.

I have other sites on autopilot, so it's not like I'm giving up my income.

So you can guarantee that there will be an income off minimum $200 p/month can you?
But on avg it is between 250-300...

I'd still like to see where this traffic is coming from. I mean, $200 in ad revenue for 500 unique daily views? Not quite believable. To get $300 a month, you need $10 worth of clicks per day. Meaning if it's a $0.10 click, 100 of the 500 people need to click ads. That's being optimistic.

Any chance you could install analytics on it and give my account guest access to it so I could analyze it?

You have to provide more details about the Autopilot thing. if you are making 300 USD from it per month, then why you are selling it for 1200 USD, you can easily make 3600 per year from it.?
Don't you guys feels that there is something fishy.

Flipping is when you buy websites, keep them for a short period of time, then sell them for a profit.

I guarantee $250+

...again...I'm flipping it. I've tried to sell it for a higher price, but this economy is a pain on the flipping market.

As for the autopilot thing; since I'm trying to flip it, it gives me more time to do reasearch on this market.

I do not intend to keep this site as a long term revenue source, and you are right, that is a low sales price. However, the whole reason that I built this site is to flip it. I have tried to sell it based on the ($/month * 10) standard, but like I said before, this is a sensitive economy.

I want to ask you something though. If I would have originally have put this site up for sale at $2500, would you actually buy it?

Yeah, I'd seriously consider buying it if I thought it was legit. I'm not going to buy anything that I don't know how it's getting traffic. Your starting bid is $800, you won't find a buyer who won't want to see where the traffic comes from.

Hmm, if the 'flippin market' is crappy atm like you say, then why don't you sit on the site for a while? If the sites revenue is as you say it is, you would male more than the $800 in 3 months time anyway!

Your missing the point. The only reason I made this site was for me to learn about the market and experiment with it. It just happened that this site is making really good money. Therefore, when the market comes back, I'll be ready to start making some serious money with it. This site can be made again, so this is the reason that I think the knowledge is more important here.
