    I completely agree with chuff1026

What scares me is how some of you are willing to negotiate without seeing proof od adsense revenue.

Could you please post a screenshot of your monthly adsense statements / account reviews. You can do this and not disclose any personal information.

Please don't make blank accusations. If you have any criticism, be constructive about it and provide some detail to back up your argument.

Why do you agree with him? He just made a statement without any preceding contentions.

The screenshot is included in the opening post. Please go back and read through this thread before presenting invalid arguments.

I agree with him because a site with an Alexa traffic rank that just breaks a million is not generating $300.00 a month in adsense revenue.

Furthermore your adsense revenue screenshot is for 2 weeks. My post asked for 'monthly' reports. I would not believe a site could run on autopilot and generate $300.00USD in adsense without a minumum of 3 - 6 months adsense statements at that revenue. Similarly, statscounter does not track where your visitors are coming from like Google Analytics would - for me to be sure about the site being able to run with me doing nothing - 75%+ of your traffic would need to be from search engines and not referring sites.

My arguments are not invalid, in fact they are not arguments but points of concern - I am a possible buyer - your position is not to challenge me, but to provide me with the information I require to make an informed decision.

That Alexa rank has not updated since the first month the site began receiving serious traffic. I'm not sure how Alexa works, but I don't believe it's very accurate.
Beliefs aside, I must apologize for my rude comment earlier. Very rarely does a serious buyer post a comment. A majority of the time, a PM is sent. However, I did not realize that there were competent people still making public cases.

So you are right, here are the earnings for January from Adsense, which was recently implemented. However, I've only monetized it for the past two months, so that is all of the proof that I have. Before I was using Pogads, but they just ignored my emails once I reached the payout limit at the end of December.
    I've attached previous earnings below.

The organic traffic only makes up a small portion of the traffic. Most of it comes from popular TV show directories. The two main sources being TVDuck and Sidereel.

On a final note, this site was built for quality and not quantity. The users that come to the site stay there to watch their favorite episode, or check for updates. Otherwise, they leave through the targeted ads provided by Adsense.

Actually the statcounter do track better than google analytics where the traffic comes from. It screws up with wordpress where the traffic goes. This is just a side not and I don't discuss the OP site selling stuff. He should sell it on flippa if really he is making that much per month but he needs proof.

I tried to sell it on Flippa, but it got removed. They don't allow TV-show sites.

I've decided to sell this website immediately, and price it at $500. I need to move on and will let this listing continue until Monday.

If no one is interested in buying it at this new price by then, I will not follow up on any other replies to this thread.

All other information can be found in the previous posts.
