Hi everyone,

Let me start by introducing myself. My name is john, 19 years old and I'm looking to sell a system that i have been developing.

I have been working on a unique Anti-Piracy system for about 3 years now, i ran out of money (collage money) after development being around 60% done (I need ~$5000 more). Which is why i'm looking to sell it and use the money to work on another idea that i have.

There is a great market for this, as companies are loosing millions and would love to spend a few thousand a month to protect their products. I've contacted different companies, 5 of them asked to be notified when the system is ready, one is definitely interested and I'm waiting to get a response from the rest.

I have rented a server, set up a website (~60% complete) and have a great domain name. (Buyer gets, the domain, server, website, system, and instructions on how to complete the development and launch) Very little to no technical knowledge needed, please note that $3-5,000 in development costs is needed to start the system in approximately a month or two.


I'm willing to sell it for at least $15,000-20,000. It is worth much more than this, but i don't seem to have a choice since i"m living in Thailand and i can not get a loan here because i'm a foreigner and don't have a Thai nationality.

As for partnership, i rather to have a partner in Thailand than another part of the world (It costs around $70,000 to register a company here in Thailand, there Must also be a Thai partner. Things are done differently here in Thailand, that is why i want to sell this to be able to fund my other idea), i want to be able to work with the partner in person. i personally don't think i would consider having a partner in another country.

$70000 to register a company? and must have Thail partner? Why don't just register in Cambodia for way less than $3000 and don't need local partner?

it is hard to sell 99% completed project, not to mention 60%. But on other side, if your product(system) is realy good, when you finish it may be worth much,much more than $15-20K
