Where are getting "stuck" in your business?

Business success requires forward motion. But constant forward motion is difficult to maintain, even by the best of us. There are external forces -- like employee problems or the economy -- and internal forces -- like our own fears and doubts -- that can all sabatoge our best intentions.

In your business, where are you most challenged to keep moving forward? In what areas do you feel "stuck"? Where do you need support right now?

We are a pretty new company being in business 2 1/2 years. My challenges are taxes and structuring my business to be more profitable. We have been transitioned from being a family business to having non fam members as employees. This changes poilcies and dynamics of a company. How can I structure it all for growth?

Focus, Discipline and Enthusiasm is more required in business. Always be 100% accountable for actions.

You have to have a clear plan...use your goals and write activities to get to those goals.

Did you ever feel like your job-search is stuck in a rut? Are you doing the same things over and over, and expecting different results? Do you feel as though you are doing all the “right things” but still getting nowhere? Are you wondering why your carefully planned, well-thought-out plan is not producing results (i.e. a job!?) Sometimes you need to step back, re-assess what you are doing and consider alternative strategies. Sometimes you need to get out of your “comfort zone” and try new things that may seem scary at first, but ultimately may move you forward.

I think everyone gets stuck sometimes - that's natural. It makes you want to try something new.

I think I'm most challenged in how to develop my marketing, but I'm learning as I go.

I agree. Having a plan will give you a way to express your goals and align your action plan to meet those goals.
