Same hurdles as men, in my opinion. Too little time, too little money, too many responsibilities outside of work, etc. I think assuming you're going to have hurdles as a woman is a bad state of mind. Think about what opportunities you have!

it has become more of a social stigma for women to be more associated with house hold work and taking care of the kids and might be tagged as a bad mother if too much involved into work . their is some amount of discrimination and challenge faced in our society. and also that they need more security.
