Women have always been influential.They have been the source of a man's inspiration all the time.As a mother,as a wife,as a sister they have always been the emotional strength for the man.They are always part of growth and development of the society by taking care of the family.Now many of them have starting to have careers of their own to make themselves financially independent,thus adding another dimension to their life.Its good as long as their role in the family is done well.The role of woman in a family can never be ignored,so I hope the career woman take care of their family and kids as well and dont let the society become a humonoids in the earnings race.
