    Need Business Idea

I'm only 15 and I was wondering what businesses I could start up...the reason I want to open a business is because my sister is having a baby and I want the baby to have a really good life...I love cooking (getting permits would be hard), I like art but I'm kind of bad at it, love fashion but I don't know how to sew, I'm computer savvy, please give me any ideas you have! Thank you!

How about trying to start an online cooking class, or something of the like to people in your age group. Another option would be to start a blog on cooking and build it up from there. Once you get a client base you can play around with more ideas, depending on what your readers may like.

You are never too young to be an entrepreneur! I started when I was 9 or 10 and wasn't sure what I could do either.

May I suggest you make a list of all the things you like to do, what you are good at and where your interests are. That's the first step to figuring out something you'd like to do.

Then do a bit of research on-line. Find other young entrepreneur websites. Research the ideas you have and see if there is a business you can create. The best business for you will be one that uses your skills, talents and interests. You want something low-cost and easy to manage. Since you say you are computer savvy, I would bet you could find something in that area quite easily.

My other suggestion is to try a website called fiverr dot com. It's a place where you list something you have to offer and it's only 5 bucks. Fiverr keeps a dollar and you get the rest. There are a lot of fun and crazy things on there as well as services you might be able to provide as well.

Just remember, when going into any business it's about your reputation. If you can't follow through with something you've promised to do for someone you won't get very far.

Good luck and let us know what you pick!

    hey samina,
You'll find loads of like minded people here, you need to stick around and do a little research on what you want to do and what you can do out of it. Once you have figured it out, then move to step 2, how to do what you cannot do yourself, that way things will start working out for you.
If you are interested in online retailing of clothing, join me, I'm planning on starting one soon.
If you are creative, and spend alot of time on computer, then it can work out i guess

I would suggest the blog idea too. My blog has been pretty profitable to me, and you're never really too young to start one. Plus with the anonymity of the internet there will be no business age discrimination against you.

    hello samina,

my name is monica and i am running a home based business selling organic coffee. bcoz i am new to this forum i cannot publish any links ,but please google about the organo gold company. our coffee is organic ,based on reishi mushroom. you can also read about this on the internet. the reishi mushroom is very beneficial on reducing the risk of cancer and boosts the immune system. It also lowers your blood pressure and your blood sugar levels and so many others. i don't want to drive you mad with all things.

what you will have to if you decide you want to do this business, is to sell the coffee online,at caffees, restaurants and also recruit people so you can expand your team. you can also watch on youtube videos about the marketing plan of organo gold business,it is very detailed and easy to understand.

as you said you are a computer savvy, i am sure you will enjoy having your own website where you can sell cofee and your own blog where you could anything about the business, artciles about the coffee and so on. i am a graphic designer and could design the website for you. it is a very easy business to do and i think it wil be a good opportunity for you.

please let me know if you are interested in this business opportunity.

looking forward to hearing from you.

    many thanks,monica
