How to deal with too much to do all the time?

    Hello everyone!

I need your comments and honest opinions.

Did you ever feel that 24 hours a day is just not enough for you to complete your to-do list?

This has been my biggest problem ever since. There's so much to do and I just can't keep up with all of it.

Fortunately, I recently found a way to deal with this, and I would like to share it to all of you.

    Check this out!

Last year I surveyed my list of 5,000 business women and asked them what was their number 1 challenge, the overwhelming majority said something along the lines of time management... So I could relate to them... I have the same challenges... I knew I needed to get control of that part of my life/business....

So I found this lady, Susan Hobson, who is a time management/performance coach expert and she helped me put together these free training to teach business women how to manage their time better... Since it's such an important part of building a successful business... You can watch them here: Perform To Profit Increase Performance & Profits In Only 8 Hours A Day... Be sure to let me know what you think...

I hope this could be of help to you. Enjoy! and Thanks!

I wok 24/7 and I parent 224/7 it's the only way I can balance both. There are too many parenting related appointments tghat have to fit inside the 8 hour work week that I gave up trying to accommodate an9-5 8 hour work day. I work about 9 hours a day.

I am going to go read your info though!

Time Management is the absolute answer! But it's not enough though if one won't include self management with it...you need to be disciplined in order to follow whatever techniques you chose to apply in managing your time effectively.

The only way is to prioritize. Do the hardest task first.

The best book I have read on this is Eat That Frog - Brian Tracy which is quite popular.

Self discipline is the first thing that we consider in order for us to deal properly with time management. Yes, you have everything prepared already, well planned, but you miss something being responsible in our words and action. If you none of that. you can't manage your time well.
It's women thing, slicing his time to accommodate everything as much as possible. But we have only one body. We should value what we have now.

I think it just has to do with taking one step at a time. Not overwhelming yourself to the point of mental exhaustion. But letting the day flow and still finding time for yourself. If your always living for someone else..how are you suppose to enjoy life. Be a bit selfish. You deserve it.
