    Women are nature networkers!

Women are the best entrepreneur candidates, because they have some of the strongest networks and people listen to them. So ladies, dont let them tell you; no you cant. The only reason someone would tell you that is because they have no chance against you, so push foward to become financially independant. Pick something you'll love to do, your business should be fun and would love to do over and over. If any of you ladies need help, check out my profile page and I have a link there which has worked awsome for me. It's sexy, fun, and social, I think you all would love it. PM me or send me an email.

I believe that this is a post that awakens both men and women in the field of business. I couldn't help but smile at the plain truth that there are certain areas where women have the edge in this field especially when it comes to the stress part. Women could handle stress better because they have emotional outlets. Men are more on the thinking side while women do tend to master mental and emotional aspects of the trade.

I think it has to do with finding your WHY? You know... the reason why you are starting up that business in the first place. Please don't say something cliche' like money. Sure it may be a big part of it, but the allure of money alone won't help you get passed the rough points that come along with working for yourself. You will FAIL... It's OK! You'll fail again.. and again. But if you don't give up you'll learn and when you learn you grow and nobody will be able to take that away from you. SUCCESS isn't something you get, but rather it is something that you ATTRACT by the person you BECOME. Man or Woman--The person that can find their WHY?, a WHY that will make them cry just by thinking about it, will be able to run through any obstacles in the way of achieving their BIG goals and will ultimately make them a better entrepreneur.

Personally, I think the moment you think that there are things that one gender is better than the other.... it is the moment where you are opening thoughts for gender bias... It is true, whoever created us all have done a great job creating us with individual characteristics unique to each gender. One's strength is not necessarily another's weakness; it is a matter of preference. It is also true that each gender may have their own ways of getting the work done, but as far as I am concerned as long as they have done it cleanly, and successfully, for that matter then, gender is not really a factor. It is the set of skills, knowledge, resources and character that one entrepreneur brings to the table that seriously counts.

Well if you ask me about the who is better between these two its hard to say, but there is universal record in the different coutnries that the women are more reliable about returning the loans in comparison to the men.
