Looks like Digg finally got themselves trademarked too: http://digggames.com/page1.gif
Will be interesting to see if there is a backlash over this decision.

Be interesting to see how this one unfolds but Digg do have the legal right over that name if it was registered after they were a registered company, a ltd, a llc/plc or a TM. But they don't if it was registered before this

Funny...I would not have heard of Digggames if it wasnt for the fact that so many people Digg'd the DiggGames.com Vs Digg.com issue at Digg.com :-)
