Would you work with the person who posted above you?

hey guys, I thought this might be fun, maybe even Stir up some good times and confrontation! Hooray for good old fashioned poking fun!

here is the game... Would you work with, for or hire the person above you? What would you pay them and how do you think they could help you?

Take some time to get to know who the person above you is. Do they have a rep on the site? Do you feel you understand their personality through this forum to know if you'd get along well enough?

Lets keep it as nice as we can, and dont be offended if the person below you simply wouldnt work with you at all, heck, I know I am pretty tough to be around for a LOT of people.

Lets see where this goes

I know nothing about you.. have not seen your resume.. have never talked to you... do not know your level of education and/or experience so based on that (Jamie) I could not work with you at this time.

Well, read his posts, take a wild guess. Determine the persons character, value, background and general demeanor based on the posts they have placed, where they lurk on the forums, what you know of them from conversation or even other peoples comments of them.

Roger, I don't think I could work with you. I don't think business as war, I think of it more as a synergy. It almost makes me feel as if you are SO aggresive about your goals and opinions that it may distract you from looking at something in full before you really think it through or commit "pepperjam" cough cough* =) Better to find ways to work with other companies and be symbiotic then against them. And prisoners are GREAT things to have for leverage =).

Again, these are just silly comments at the little I have seen. I am sure that you aren't that way in business as a rule, its just something that can be gathered from what is posted.

Do some footwork on the other persons postings =).

I think clothing is a profitable niche and it looks like that's what industry discountedclothing is in. If he has the right ideas, then yeah, I'd work with him.

I am 100% kidding Dmoore, I am just trying to point out that this thread is kind of ridiculous, anyone who chooses who they work with on an internet message board is desperate and begging to fail.

Haha, it's a joke. I don't think any of us actually plan on working with each other. We're just fooling around. So based on the evidence that you don't know how to have some fun, I'm afraid that I wouldn't work with you.

I dont think I would work with Og. The thread is not asking you to choose who you would work with, it is asking, in a light hearted manner would you work with the person that posted above you. The thread isnt actually encouraging you to work with them though. Peter said, "Here is the game.."

Did you read the first sentence? I wouldn't work with awayoflife because he takes 10 minutes to do what others can do instantaneously.

I would hire OG simpl because I always have need of writers in my agency. But I would have to soon after fire him becuase I would upset him with my sense of humor and innapropriate jokes. Then I would hire him again and hed be a jerk to my secretary so then I would give him a promotion because I dont think enough people give her a hard time.
