Money would increase my happiness, especially when that money will turn into a koenigsegg ccx =]

Still no agreement on what the valuation point is going to be? Where is the person that started this thread.. what do you want to base your decision on?

That is a huge contradiction...
You would rather have billions than be happy? So if the billions don't make you happy, why have them? You can read a lot about billionaires who are totally unhappy, as it really does not make people happy, what makes people happy is having a purpose. Sure Ide like to be wealthy in the future, though I know its important to have happiness with the wealth, as wealth is not the only thing that makes life good.

I am very surprised you don´t know how to determine success! That is a simple premise and unless specified in a determined way, success is defined as who has the most substantial positive results (in an average) and since this is a business forum (with entrepreneurial focus), it can be measured in the amount of money made since you decided to enter the the business world. Why? Because you could make 100 deals, win some, loss others and make $300,000 in the process. But if you make 5 but win $1,5 million in the process you might not have as much experience as the first guy but in most cases you will have more reputation because of the business volume implied.
In theory it is not any different than what we could consider a succesful company. Positive income, large market share, and good reputation. But to put in the simplest of terms, the question really is: What is your net worth?
But I would be surprised if too many of those who have something to prove for their years of hard work were interested in giving us such information.

I feel the most "successful entrepreneurs" are people who started with almost nothing and are now living in luxury that most people can only dream about.

I completely disagree. You're basically calling Paris Hilton successful...of course her net worth is huge...d-uh! But "successful"? Come on.
The last time we had that question (What is your net worth?) in the forum, many kids in here started counting money their parents started them off with. If your parents started you off with a dollar and you made a million times that amount then of course you're successful. If you're parents started you off with 100K and that's what your net worth is, how can you call yourself successful, let alone an entrepreneur?

I think you are failing to notice I did sketch a whole background in the process of getting to the question: "What is your net worth?". It is not supposed to be taken out of the context of the previous considerations and definitions I stated in the post.
