Lightbulb What's your opinion of Free vs Paid for Advice?

    Hey guys,
    Just a quick poll here.
Show of hands who would pay for top notch advice for starting your business. (logistics)

Getting a mentor (someone who would guide you throughout your process)

Hosting (Preconfigured hosting that is managed WITH google apps free preconfigured.)

Connect a team (Create a team with other aspiring entrepreneurs. You can get some of the top quality teens on your site.)

Thanks! Just wondering for marketing reasons.

I think paying for advice works for a lot of people and is really a quick way to learn a lot from an expert in a short amount of time. How I like to learn though is by working on real world problems and doing my own personal research. For your specific questions.

Paying for business advice - I would vote yes.

Paying for a mentor - I would vote no. There are a lot mentors you can find that will help for free. At least that has been my experience.

Paying for hosting. I have never seen free hosting so this would be a yes.

Building a team - Most likely would have to pay as it is hard to get multiple people on the same page without compensation being involved. Although I have seen free support groups work out pretty well in the past.

My overall vote is that for the best advice taught in a way that is effective and resonates will most likely have to be paid for.
