What's Your Favorite Marketing Method?

It's no secret in this forum that I'm a huge proponent of article marketing. Article marketing has been extremely beneficial to my business. In fact, it's my favorite and #1 method of marketing my business. Obviously, there are numerous other ways to market your business including, word of mouth, e-mail, ezines, forum posting, newsletters, pay-per-click, banners, traffic exchanges, referrals, press releases, radio, tv, newspaper, magazine, direct mail, etc.

What's your favorite way(s) of marketing your business? What works best for you?

Cold calling and adwords on google.

Have worked amazingly well for my business.

I have cold called over 400 businesses with over 200 brochures sent out and email addresses gathered.

A lot of SEO and link building but I'm starting to get into list building as well.

I never realized cold calling would work that well...and what exactly does Search Optimization do to a company?

If your company does buisness mainly online, SEO will improve how your web site ranks on search engines.

Yeah its definitely hard work but effective. I had three deals in the next week alone because of it.

Definitely stay on top of the SEO and link-building. It will pay huge dividends for you down the road.

SEO certainly works as well as word of mouth and placing links in free forum signatures.

As someone after the tech-heads, I'm a fan of bluecasting.
Most people are unaware that you can get devices that'll send a bluetooth request over 3000', which makes it so deliciously evil

Word of Mouth is defnatly the best form of advertisment!

I also believe cold calling is no where near as affective as a warm call.

Cold call= Being in a call centre and automatically having the number called and you don't even no the customers name.

Warm call requires a little bit of research into the company and you will get so much further.
