    Exclamation What's Your Biggest Strength?

As business owners, we all have our strengths and weaknesses. What do you think is your biggest strength as a business owner? If you're not sure what you're biggest strength is, perhaps this question will help you out: What do people compliment you the most on? Also, what do you think your biggest weakness is?

i would say my biggest strenth is creativity and new ideas
and my biggest weakness is following through.

I am the type of person thats mind is running at a million miles an hour, and I get great ideas, start implimenting them then get a new idea, and dump the last idea.

So what I have been trying to do recently is focusing on one portion of my business until it is going great, before starting to impliment a new idea.

I'm the opposite of richkid. My strengths are persistance, follow through and ambition. I feel my weakness is my power group. I feel my ideas get choked off or don't get the traction they need because I don't surround myself with enough people that have a similar mindset.

Personally, a weakness I feel I continually strive to overcome is delegation. And I think this plays into the power group issue. I have some difficulty passing off tasks - sometimes it's because I don't feel someone will do as good a job as I would, or care as much as I do - and sometimes it's because I don't want to burden someone else with the task. In any case, I've identified this as a weakness early in my management career and it's something I frequently set as a priority. I consciously have to remind myself to let things go but awareness of this weakness has helped me work to overcome it.

Dale: Thank you for the thought provoking post. I'm curious to see a reply to your own question.

Okay. My biggest strength is my creativity. I love taking nothing and turning it in to a profitable something. My biggest weakness is my obsessiveness. I'm obsessed with business and marketing, and regrettably, it has cost me some very good personal relationships along the way.
