This could be very interestingMy MBTI personality type is INTJ. Knowing about personality types can be invaluable when dealing with others, and knowing your own strengths and weaknesses.

Yeah, cool thread idea. I'm an ENTJ. Same as Bill Gates...and these others:
I'm just messing around with this post so I can take a screenshot of it. I love this forum. Maybe I'm doing this because I'm ENTJ. Yeah, alluwanted, you're right, it's important to recognize our own strengths and weaknesses. But I don't necessarily agree on building on weaknesses, but instead, as you said, finding people to work with me who fill in the gap.

Good to see that.
It helps to see who are like you. But, will it really help you to find 'who you are'? and 'what your strengths or weaknesses are?'
Go through the report carefully. While you can take pride in your strengths, look at the developmental needs, to make yourself more stronger.
While Myers-briggs is very popular, Eduquity ( Eduquity::Online Assessments) has developed a test in India that analyses your Success score, Multiple Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, Global Personality in the 2:30 hr test and you get a very detailed report.
In fact, a company can sign up where a customized reporting is done exclusively for your company!
All the best.

I test as ENTJ, but I believe I'm pretty close to INTJ
I usually test as an INTP. My type is said to suffer from "paralysis by over analysis." I have read that ENTPs are the most likely type to be an entrepreneur. It seems to me that NTs are the best type when it comes to thinking outside the box. The toughest part for us might be being more practical and actually implementing our ideas. I definitely would need a business partner happy with doing the meticulous details.
I'm an ENTP, but I've got enough J in me to get through the details.
NT's are usually the most intelligent in the room due to our ability to connect the dots in a logical manner.
It says I'm an ENFJ from the test I took. But personality types don't really matter to me. Just because it says you're a certain way doesn't mean you can't do things that defy that. I'm more interested in just getting stuff done than worrying about what personality type i am.
