What is the best business to start while in college?

Here's an idea.... Throughout my University alot of students seem to have the problem of actually turning up to lectures on time and so they get refused entry if they are even 5 minutes late. Why not provide a service where you record each lecture and the students that missed it can then purchase the recording from you? You may have to check with the uni/college before you do this though.

I think the best business would be something we will love, not just for a day but those that really interests us. As for me, for I am a frustrated chef, I would love to start my own pastry business or a small brownie stall or something like that.
