[Outta Hand]

Just wanted to know what everyone thought about the new layout for this site. My beef is what's up with the error msg every 5 mins? Anyone got anything else to add?

New YE has many problems -- the error message is a message that it cant find a webpage from one of the founders of YE -- hmmmm

As stated in the "WTH?" thread, the new YE (in my opinion) pales in comparison to the old one...

I think it sucks personally - too bad they didn't put up a test site for everyone or at least ask their moderators for some opinions.

The avatars being on the top is my biggest beef - that FRICKIN SUCKS - you guys need to CHANGE THAT RIGHT AWAY.

And whoever owns adeptisoft.com needs to get their hosting paid or fix the DNS issue or whatever it is causing the error - if this goes on much longer we're all going ot need to find a new place to chat.

Hello YE members!

Thanks for your VALUED feedback and patience during our upgrades.
Over the past Year, we have received plenty of emails and feedback from hundreds of members regarding what you'd like to see on the YE site. Well, we have begun implementing the updates. The Vbulletin skin will on its way shortly. The avatars will be changed to the TOP as you mentioned Eric. The site will have plenty of new features. This upgrade is the updated Vbulletin program which does have many features but isn't obviously as pleasing to the eye. We listen to all of our members and do appreciate you visiting YE and growing it to where it is today. Eric, JimiHendrix, jpomerenke, and Outta Hand, you are all valued members and any feedback that you guys provide is taken into consideration. The 'adeptisoft' error has been fixed and the other updates and changes should be implemented by Friday afternoon.

Im not a fan of the HUGE ad banners at the top either. They arnt pleasing and dont relate to the topic of the forum. If they were focused on business, entrepreneurship, etc, they may be a little better bot not a lot. It was much better without the banners, is anyone even clicking on these PSAs?

Yes, the banners will be fixed. The site is going through plenty of upgrades which will only benefit us. We appreciate your feedback, comments and patience as we strive to grow our community!
