Hi everyone,
I find it SO DIFFICULT to switch OFF from work. What do you do to SWITCH OFF? I always feel I have to be doing something work related. If not I feel like I am wasting time!

I dont work weekends you will usually find me subject to the weather either gardening, down looking after my bees or out metal detecting every sunday, apart from that not alot![]()
Well, it just depends. If work is getting overwhelming or I just get tired of sitting in front of the computer I may go grab a brewski or share a pitcher (or four) with a friend as I let my thoughts from earlier in the day kind of soak in and begin to have lasting impact.
I ride BMX a LOT when its warm out, so when the snow melts I have that to fall back on. My mind will be completely elsewhere.
Typically though, I may shut the 'business mind' off for a few minutes, but even going out, riding my bike, etc I will have begin to develop new ideas and thoughts that I put into practice.

What is this off you speak of? I don't seem to ever be off, something always needs to be done for one of my businesses.
But seriously I do Karate and on any pleasant day I give my dog an hour walk when I take my lunch break. It helps break up the day nd keep everything manageable.
I go ride my motorcycle
Music. I don't listen to much music, and I relisten to songs over and over, but I certainly switch off. Its nice![]()

I bellydance once a week.
And Bikram Yoga 2-3 times a week.. So that is 1.5 hours most days of the week..
And then on the remaining nights and Sunday's, I usually wind down by doing "home" things like folding laundry while watching tv.. and being a good wife.. lol.
So I do try to have at least 2 hours a day (sleeping doesn't count), where I don't focus on the store..
my woman.
even still.. you can never really switch it off.
