What are Your Addictions?
We all have them...something that you have to have all the time, or maybe just something you spend money on all the time even though you know you shouldn't...so spill it, what are your addictions? your week spots...and so on....
I'll start, mine is Starbucks Caramel Frap... its like 5 bucks, which is A LOT OF MONEY FOR A COFFEE with ice thrown in the blender(some of you out there are saying $5 is not so much...but for a drink thats going to last me maybe 30 mins...yeah, it is!) I've been trying to cut back... but its sooo hard...

I think I have an addiction to e-mail. Is it normal to check your e-mail every 3-5 minutes? I also have a bad soda addiction, Coke mostly.

Espresso, although I make it at home so it's very inexpensive. Put another one on the board for E-mail. New electronics/gadgets. And Southern Comfort. Scrumptious.

Yeah...I didn't think about email...I check mine all the time..and my myspace messages, since I've been doing some business on there...I'd say I'm addicted to my computer in general, I'm pretty much attatched to it all day.

The BlackBerry, Cigars, espresso(yeah Flip!), Single Malts, and not to sound like a job interview where you make your weakness your best point (aka wellsir, I'm too organized), but I am really addicted to learning and my business...I always want to keep digging and searching and knowing and sometimes it can add extra time to my tasks. (But I guess that is a good thing in the long run?)
Nice post, breath of fresh air in the middle of the day!
Enjoy that coffee--
Guy

GuyBB, do you have an espresso machine at home? A nice pump-style one? I have something for you to try that's SO delicious, but it wont work in a Wal-Mart espresso machine.

Ok. Have you ever had a Cuban Macchiato?
Put about 3/4 the normal amount of coffee in the portafilter. Fill the rest with sugar or Splenda. Give it a good tamp. Extract and enjoy (no milk/cream). It's just fantastic and much healthier than a loaded up latte/mocha.
If you try it, let me know what you think ok?
